Cleaning Flow

Machine washing

Stains and foreign matter are removed by spraying and cleaning the pallets with large amounts of warm water (50-60°C), without the use of detergents, solvents or the like.
For cleaning water, a filtration device is utilized to reuse the water and make the cleaning process an environmentally friendly one.

Centrifugal dewatering

The centrifugal force of high-speed rotation dewaters the pallets in an instant.

Hot air drying

A two-stage hot-air dryer (110°C) is used for the drying finish.
The combination of hot-water machine washing and hot-air drying is also expected to provide sterilization effects.

Storage

The cleaned pallets are stored in high-floor warehouses in a sanitary manner.
