Transport Flow

SGL proposes optimal solutions by making full use of diverse modes of transport.
In addition to intermodal transport, we also accept inland, marine and air transport on a stand-alone basis.

Ocean Transport

We are able to transport cargo using the most appropriate means according to the characteristics of the cargo, including container vessels, RORO (Roll-on Roll-off) ships, conventional ships and LCLs (Less Than Container Loads).
Leave charter contracts in our capable hands as well.

Air Transport

SGL uses multiple air forwarders to arrange for air transportation through intermediaries.
We also flexibly accommodate change to the mode of transport from ocean to air in accordance with lead times.

Inland Transport

Using its own facilities in Japan and overseas, or its partner companies, SGL arranges for trucking and other forms of inland transport.
We are capable of accommodating customer needs and product characteristics, such as rail transport.
